We will not access information from these sites for any other reason.

• ensuring we are following our safeguarding policy and the procedures and processes necessary for keeping adults and children safe.
• ensuring we follow Health and Safety guidelines and keeping all our customers, staff and volunteers safe from injury or ill health.

You have the right to ask us to provide you with the data we may hold for you and what we are using this data for. This is known as a “Subject Access Request (SAR)”. You also have the right to request that we amend or delete your personal information if you believe the data we hold for you is incorrect. A SAR needs to be in writing and addressed to the Data Protection Officer. Please email your request to info@ceramicsacademy.co.uk and we will deal with your request within one month from the date of receipt.
If you are not satisfied with our response or believe we are not processing your data in accordance with the law you have the right to complain to statutory authority, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
